NOTE: Effective 3/13/2024 there is a service request portal (EAM Admin SR) to report issues with EAM.
Requests for NEW or UPDATED fuel access - must come from Manager/Supervisor, include employee ID/name/proxy ID (numbers on back of ID badge), contractors business name (if applicable)
New EAM user accounts - provide existing employee username to pattern account after
Work Order Issues - include asset number/full work order number/meter (if applicable)/detailed outline of issue
Password Resets - include employee ID number/EAM user name
Add/retire assets/equipment- attach/provide the New Equipment Form information.
